All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If there are any significant delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order on the USPS website.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors outside of our control such as inclement weather, postal delays, etc.


Purceri aims to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
2. Once approved, securely pack the product(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your return. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered.

Exchanges (if applicable):
Only items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact our customer service team if you need to exchange an item.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
